Our Clinical Services provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care designed to support adults as they work toward stability, wellness, and greater independence. Wrap-Around Services
Wrap-Around is a 6-week, post-discharge extension of support. Individuals may choose up to two members of their Averte clinical team to provide weekly check-ins and guidance as they move forward. Sessions offered by phone, telehealth or in-person.
