Brad started working at Trivium in 2021. He became CEO in February 2025. Brad Schroeder came to Trivium bringing strategic leadership experience in Human Resources from his previous work for healthcare provider organizations and healthcare insurers.

Aimee Baumann joined Trivium in December 2024 as our Chief Financial Officer. With a wealth of experience in both healthcare and the non-profit sector, she brings a unique blend of strategic financial leadership and dedication to driving financial performance.

- Vice President of Operations
- New England
Shanna Meyer, MA, LCMHC, MT-BC, serves as Vice President of Operations in New England. A licensed clinical mental health counselor and board-certified music therapist, she brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, program development, and leadership in behavioral health services.
- Renee Erbes
- Vice President, Human Resources
Renee Erbes started in Trivium’s Human Resources department in 2022 before moving into the role of Vice President of Human Resources in February of 2025. She serves to uphold Trivium’s encouraging work culture and drive growth and strategic initiatives through relationship building and living Trivium’s values.
- Alex Walker
- Vice President Information Technology
Alex Walker is Trivium's VP of Information Technology, serving since 2011. He oversees Trivium’s technology infrastructure and security. Walker was previously a consultant and technology manager.
- Hannah Smith
- Vice President of Philanthropy & Public Relations
Hannah Smith came to Trivium in July 2019. Skilled in Development, Strategic Planning, Stewarding, Public Relations, Database Management, and Leadership, Hannah focuses on building collaborative relationships and advocating for philanthropic support in order to increase Trivium Life Service’s long-term sustainability.
