Averte’s Therapeutic Residential program provides individualized, trauma-informed mental health services for adults seeking stability, skill development, and a supportive path forward. Within a structured residential setting, individuals receive coordinated clinical services, daily living support, and opportunities for meaningful growth and community connection.

Who We Serve

We provide residential treatment for adults (18+) of all genders who want to actively work on their mental health. Our community includes multiple residential homes and apartment-style settings across Vermont and New Hampshire, offering varying levels of structure and independence. Our approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in respect for each individual as a whole person, not a diagnosis.

  • Consistent structure and therapeutic engagement
  • Skill-building for increased independence
  • A collaborative, person-centered approach to care
