Kristin brings an extensive background in business development and strategic outreach to the behavioral healthcare sector. Driven by a mission to expand access to quality care, she focuses on bridging the gap between clinical services and the individuals who need them most. Her work is defined by a commitment to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorders.
Beyond her corporate role, Kristin is a leader in the professional community, serving as the Membership Chair for both the New England and New Jersey Employee Assistance Professionals Associations (EAPA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Currently, she is further expanding her clinical and advocacy expertise by pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW).
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kristin is a dedicated traveler and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and her three dogs.
