- Averte Program
Cheyenne Dunnells has been part of the Averte team for nearly four years, beginning as full-time support staff at the Bradford House before moving into a part-time role while completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020.
Before joining Averte, Cheyenne served as a Behavioral Interventionist at the Clara Martin Center, where she worked with children and adolescents to help them make positive, lasting changes in their lives. In 2024, she stepped into the role of Program Manager at the Bradford House, where she led programming and supported residents in their journeys toward independence.
Now, as Market Director, Cheyenne draws on her deep understanding of Averte’s mission and her experience in both direct care and program leadership to strengthen community partnerships, expand outreach, and ensure Averte’s services reach those who need them most.
Passionate about helping others lead healthy, confident lives, Cheyenne is also a Certified Personal Trainer and brings that same commitment to personal growth and empowerment into her work at Averte.
