Averte’s Independent Living Program (ILP) supports adults 18+ in building skills for independence, stability, and community integration through person-centered clinical and residential care. It serves those transitioning from structured settings or seeking continued skill, therapeutic, and vocational support.
We are proud to partner with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as part of the Community Care Network. Trivium's Averte program provides assistance when a local Veterans Affairs medical center needs support in offering residential treatment for veterans with mental health needs.
